At Steve Gooch Estate Agents we believe the best service is available for a reasonable fee which means you achieve more for your property.  We provide a service on a No Sale, No Fee basis, with a commission only paid once the sale has completed. There are no upfront costs and we do not have long and restrictive contracts, but merely 28 days’ notice to alter any agreement.

Should you decide to sell your property, the law does require you to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) commissioned before marketing commences.  We will happily quote for this to be arranged on your behalf.

  • Accompanied viewings at a time to suit you: Our offices are open from 8.30am to 7pm from Monday to Friday, and 8.30am to 5.30pm on Saturday. Yet we know that your potential buyers may be busy.   • One all-inclusive fee on a no sale, no fee basis: If you instruct us, you won’t pay a penny until the sale of your property has completed. There are no up-front fees or additional costs, unlike the national DIY online agencies. You’ll receive high quality, comprehensive property details, a full set of photos, For Sale board, a full marketing campaign, escorted viewings, a dedicated sales progression team, and a local office with staff on hand to help you.
