In the later part of the 1980s the property management department was born from a high demand from our sales clients looking for continuity and familiarity in the buy to let market. Steve Gooch himself started the department with a handful of properties which has progressed over the years to well over 100 managed properties, also expanding from Newent and the surrounding area to well over a radius of 25 miles.
