Applicant Information Administration Charge - Each applicant is initially required to pay £84.00. This includes an Administration Charge of £58.74 (non-refundable) and £25.26 (non-refundable) per person for a 'LETsure Tenant Assessment Comprehensive Search'. LETsure will require: Employment References Landlord References Credit Search Please note - You will need to have a gross income of at least two and a half time the rent in order to pass the referencing process. If any of the above are not available, a guarantor will be required. Once accepted, we will require: Agreement Charge - £117.50 (Non-refundable if an agreement is prepared). A draft copy of the agreement is available upon request prior to the occupation of the property. Deposit - A deposit of one and a half months rent, along with the first months rent will be required in cash or by Bankers Draft only, on the day the tenancy begins. The deposit will be held by the Agent/Landlord and returned at the end of a satisfactory tenancy. Rent - The rent is payable monthly in advance.
